official rules HOW TO ENTER No purchase necessary. To enter, electronically register via the My Fight with Fat web page, located at http://www.myfightwithfat.com/contest.htm. Your registration must be completely filled out in order to qualify, only one entry per month. My Fight With Fat must receive registration no later than 12:00 midnight (EST) on the last date of the specified contest dates. SELECTION OF WINNERS Winners will be selected within 30 days after the expiration date of each contest. Winners will be chosen at random from submitted, qualified, web entries received by specified deadline date. All entries received outside the given dates will be discarded. The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. PRIZES Winners chosen will receive one of the prizes displayed during the particular contest for which the user registers, at My Fight with Fat’s discretion. No substitution of the prize is permitted or No cash value. Entries made on the Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, potential winner may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potentially winning entry. All winners will be notified by e-mail by My Fight with Fat personnel, with further details regarding their prize. Return of any prize or prize notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event of noncompliance by the winner, an alternative winner may be awarded the prize. ELIGIBILITY These contests are usually open to residents of all countries, of 18 + ages; however, some contests may have specific restrictions with regards to eligibility, such as geographic location, age, etc. See the original contest page for those details. Employees of My Fight with Fat and anyone involved with the production of this contest and their families are not eligible. Decisions of My Fight with Fat are final in all instances. Prizes are non-transferable. If My Fight with Fat is unable to contact the winner or if the winner fails to claim or accept his/her prize within 10 calendar days of notification, the prize is forfeited and a substitute winner may be chosen. Participants in this promotion agree to be bound by the official rules and decision of My Fight with Fat. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. GENERAL The winner accepts responsibility for all federal, state and local taxes and fees in connection with winning this contest.
